ClientFlow is a CRM and Sales Intelligence web application combining customer management, email communication, engagement tracking, sales opportunities, notifications and analytics.
About the project
ClientFlow is a CRM and Sales Intelligence platform developed by Geolink Digital to help sales teams organize communication, identify prospect engagement and respond at the right time.
The project is built around a practical question: Who should I contact today, and why?
Unlike traditional CRM solutions primarily focused on storing contact information and activities, ClientFlow connects customer records with digital interactions.
The platform supports company and contact management, email sending, email open and click tracking, recognized website visits and automated notifications about new engagement signals.
It also includes sales opportunities, proposals, projects, tasks, calendars, communication history and advanced sales analytics.
ClientFlow was designed as a multilingual, multi-user SaaS platform for organizations seeking to centralize their sales activities and customer information.
Challenge
One of the major challenges in sales is not necessarily a lack of contacts, but a lack of timely information about which prospects are currently showing interest.
Sales teams may send dozens of emails without having a unified view of who opened a message, clicked a link, visited the company website or returned several days later.
Even when this information is collected through separate tools, it is often disconnected from the relevant customer record and communication history.
The challenge was to develop a unified business system connecting CRM data, email communication, recognized website activity and sales workflows, turning these interactions into useful priorities and actionable next steps.
Special attention was given to managing larger contact databases, processing activity events, organizing notifications and presenting information clearly.
Our solution
We developed a centralized CRM platform connecting customer management, sales communication, activity tracking and prospect engagement analysis.
Email communication and engagement tracking. Users can send emails directly from ClientFlow and monitor available email open and link click events. When new activity is detected, the sales team can receive a notification.
Website engagement tracking. ClientFlow can associate recognized website visits with CRM contacts. When a prospect visits the website after opening an email, the activity can be recorded. If the same recognized visitor returns several days later, even without another email click, the new visit can be recorded as an additional engagement signal.
Sales signals and notifications. Different events are combined into notifications and daily priorities, helping sales teams identify opportunities for timely follow-up.
Unified customer history. Email communication, activities, tasks, proposals, status changes and digital engagement signals are presented through a connected customer history.
Sales Intelligence. Analytics modules provide insight into sales targets, lead sources, campaign performance, sales activity efficiency and won or lost opportunities.
Digital activity tracking depends on available identifiers, technical conditions and applicable privacy requirements. Email open events are indicative signals and are not always completely reliable.
Scope & features
Design & technology
ClientFlow was developed as a custom web application using PHP server-side logic and a MySQL database.
The responsive interface uses HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, with an emphasis on efficiently presenting large amounts of customer data, activities and analytical indicators.
The server-side architecture includes CRM business logic, email event processing, related activity tracking, notifications, user roles and analytics modules.
The platform was designed for a multi-user SaaS model with separate business accounts and appropriate access levels.
ClientFlow is a comprehensive business software solution connecting CRM records, email communication, digital engagement signals and sales process management.
Instead of manually searching contact lists and deciding who to approach next, sales teams can review activities and engagement indicators that may suggest increased customer interest.
The particular value of the system lies in connecting events often viewed separately: sent emails, message opens, link clicks, website visits, return visits, tasks and subsequent sales activities.
ClientFlow also demonstrates the development of a complex business web application combining CRM, automation, analytics and SaaS architecture within a unified platform.
