Geolink developed the official web portal for the Municipality of Irig, created for citizens, businesses and other users of local government services.
The website was built as a custom PHP/MySQL solution with its own administration system, allowing municipal staff to independently manage a wide range of content.
The portal included news, announcements, local government information, municipal administration content, requests, public procurement, documents, contact information and promotional content related to the municipality.
Challenge
The main challenge was to organize a large volume of information and documents in a way that remained clear, understandable and easy to access for citizens.
The local government portal needed to support multiple content types, frequent publication of new information and simple access to documents, requests and public procurement notices.
At the same time, the administration system had to be flexible enough for different content types while remaining simple for everyday use by municipal staff.

Geolink developed a complete custom web portal with an administration system tailored to the needs of the Municipality of Irig.
The frontend was organized around clear navigation and thematic sections such as news, announcements, local government, municipal administration, requests, public procurement, documents and contact information.
The administration system enabled staff to independently edit and publish content, documents and other information without developer intervention.
Special attention was given to content clarity and easy access to important information for citizens.
