Corporate website for Imlek developed as a fully interactive digital experience combining animation, multimedia content and visual presentation tailored to the brand.
About the project

The project focused on presenting the company and its products through dynamic transitions, animation and multimedia content.

Compared with conventional HTML websites of that period, Flash provided significantly greater freedom in both visual design and user interaction.

Challenge

At the time the project was developed, standard web technologies offered relatively limited possibilities for advanced animation and interactive interfaces.

The challenge was to create an engaging presentation while keeping navigation clear, the experience intuitive and the content optimized for the internet connections available at the time.

Our solution

Navigation, transitions between sections and visual elements were designed as parts of a single user experience rather than a collection of static web pages.

Company and product content was presented through a multimedia approach that represented a significant step beyond conventional corporate websites of the period.

Scope & features
Design & technology

At the time, Flash enabled a level of interactive experience that standard HTML and CSS could not yet easily provide.

Flash is no longer used today and has been replaced by modern HTML5, CSS and JavaScript technologies, but the project remains an important example of the evolution of interactive web development and Geolink's experience across multiple generations of technology.

The Imlek website was an example of a corporate web presence designed not only to deliver information, but also to create a digital brand experience.

For Geolink, the project combined web development, graphic design, animation and multimedia β an approach that continues today through modern technologies.

It also illustrates how technologies change while the need for strong design, clear communication and a good user experience remains constant.
