We are looking for an experienced Senior PHP Developer with at least 7 years of professional PHP development experience and good knowledge of Java technologies to work on web applications, business systems and digital platforms.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior PHP Developer to take part in the development, improvement and maintenance of web applications, business systems and digital platforms that we build for our clients and our own products.
We expect a high level of independence, a strong understanding of web application architecture and the ability to turn business requirements into reliable and maintainable technical solutions.
What you will do
- Develop and improve PHP web applications and business systems
- Design backend architecture and database structures
- Develop REST APIs and integrations with external services
- Work with MySQL databases and optimize SQL queries
- Develop and maintain administration and CMS systems
- Integrate frontend applications with backend systems
- Work on existing projects and modernize legacy code
- Analyze technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions
- Perform code reviews and improve code quality and security
- Collaborate with developers, designers and the project team
Required experience and skills
- At least 7 years of professional PHP development experience
- Strong knowledge of PHP and object-oriented programming
- Experience developing complex web applications
- Good knowledge of Java technologies
- Strong knowledge of MySQL and relational databases
- Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience designing and working with REST APIs
- Good understanding of web application security
- Experience with Git
- Ability to independently analyze and solve technical problems
